Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the first COVID-19 vaccine developed by Moscow's Gamalaya Institute in the world offered permanent immunity against coronovirus. His temperature was 38 degrees after the first injection, 37.5 the next day and that was it. After the second injection, his temperature rose slightly and then returned to normal.
